About the Breeder
My name is Sheila Hannaman and I am the proud owner of Bearheart Newfoundlands. I live in Cortez, Colorado on a ten acre hay farm. I use to train horses for the racetrack. I started raising dogs in 2003 and I also have experience in showing dogs. I plan to show some of my Newfoundlands. I was injured in a car accident in 2013 which left me with a broken neck. I have mostly recovered but I no longer work with horses. I have always enjoyed training and working with animals. I have a great desire to work with dogs and my family and I have since fallen in love with the Newfoundland breed. When I sell a puppy, I remain connected with the buyer. My desire is to breed strong, healthy, high quality Newfoundland puppies.
About Our Newfoundlands
At Bearheart Newfoundlands, we have taken something which started as a family passion and turned it into a successful breeding business. We breed our dogs to be strong, healthy, and happy. Our puppies spend a lot of time in our home where they are well socialized with our family and friends and we are very focused on nutrition so that our dogs are not only healthy, but stay healthy. Our Newfoundlands have friendly dispositions and love to be with people. Our desire is to bring love, joy, and companionship into your home with our Newfoundland puppies.
